Agent001 Terms of Service

Last updated: September 26, 2026

These Terms govern Agent001, an AI-assisted content creation and social-media management application operated by SQRL, United States.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Agent001, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be eligible to use the connected platforms and authorized to act for any account or organization you connect.

2. Description of Service

Agent001 may help authorized users research, create, prepare, manage, upload, or publish social-media content as features become available. Features depend on implementation, platform permissions, and applicable approvals. No particular integration or publishing capability is guaranteed.

3. User Authorization and Accounts

Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Access is granted through supported platform authorization systems and is limited to permissions you approve. Keep your accounts secure and do not share passwords or access tokens.

4. AI-Assisted Content and Review

AI-generated or AI-assisted output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or similar to other material. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before uploading or publishing, including facts, rights, disclosures, captions, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Your use of TikTok and other connected services remains subject to their terms, policies, permissions, and limits. Agent001 is not endorsed by those platforms. They may reject content, revoke access, or change or discontinue APIs. Agent001 cannot guarantee approval, publication, reach, or uninterrupted access.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain any rights you hold in content you provide. You grant SQRL a limited permission to process and transmit that content as needed to perform functions you request. You must have the rights and permissions needed for all submitted material. No exclusive rights or copyright protection in AI output are guaranteed. Agent001 software and branding remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Prohibited Use

Do not use Agent001 for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activity; spam; impersonation; unauthorized account access; or evasion of security measures, rate limits, platform reviews, or other restrictions.

8. Availability and Changes

Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Service may be interrupted by maintenance, errors, or third-party changes. Any separately offered paid services require their own disclosed terms.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Agent001 is provided as available and without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, SQRL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from unreviewed output or third-party platform actions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Termination and Revocation

You may stop using Agent001 and revoke its access through the connected platform settings at any time. SQRL may suspend or terminate use for violations of these Terms, security concerns, or service discontinuation. Revoking access does not automatically remove content already published to a third-party platform.

11. Changes to Terms

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes apply prospectively, with notice or consent where required by law. Stop using the service if you do not accept the updated Terms.

12. Privacy and Contact

See the Agent001 Privacy Policy for information about data handling. For questions about Agent001, these Terms, or revoking access, contact SQRL through the Arawak Wood Studio contact page and identify Agent001 in your message.
